All the Laws but OneDiscussion of habeas corpus in times of war. From a quote by Abraham Lincoln "all the laws, but one, go unexecuted, and the government itself go to pieces, lest that one be violated."

It's interesting, but as bedtime reading, it took me quite awhile.
